Customer Acquisition

It is important to consider with any business how you intend to acquire your customers. Customers don’t just walk through the door. Even our corporate locations require a great deal of advertising to acquire customers. It is important to use your advertising dollars as effectively as possible.

Sales Agreement

Sales Agreement – Accepted

It is really important to have your quote accepted by your customer.   There are a few ways to do this.

  • Use software that will record a digital signature accepting the quote
    • We use Skedit to do this
  • Have them sign a physical quote on paper while you are at their home
  • Have them print the quote sign it and email / text you back a photo of the signature
  • Email the quote and have them reply that they accept the quote.

An accepted quote can be used to your benefit in a few ways.

  • An agreement to pay you
  • Easier to send to collections if payment is refused
  • Easier to dispute any charge back
  • Use to activate the warranty
  • This agreement states that you will automatically charge their card the final payment, the accepted quote is your permission
  • It solidifies the price and scope of service
