FAT TRACK

Fat Track is designed for use in combination with Standard Track for custom mounting applications.

Each Fat Track section measures 7.5 feet in length and features a solid design with no pre-drilled holes. It is wider than Standard Track, allowing the Standard Track to be inserted into the Fat Track for versatile, custom installations.

Example Application:
Apply adhesive to the back of the Fat Track to mount it to the underside of a gutter. Once secured, insert the Standard Track into the Fat Track and fasten it in place using zip screws through the side of the Fat Track.

Z FLASHING / BG FLASHING

Z-Flashing is designed for use in combination with Standard Track for custom mounting applications—specifically for installations where the Standard Track needs to face downward on structures without an eave overhang.

Each Z-Flashing section is 7.5 feet in length and features a hemmed bottom edge with a built-in slope to promote proper water drainage when installed over the Standard Track.

Example Application:
Slip the top edge of the Z-Flashing under the drip edge or parapet cap and secure it in place using a zip screw. Then, insert the Standard Track behind the bottom hemmed edge and fasten through the side of both the Z-Flashing and the Standard Track with a zip screw to complete the installation.

CANTED TRACK

Canted Track is designed for use on canted soffits with less than a ¾-inch fascia overhang, as well as for downward-facing or sloped eave applications and various other custom mounting scenarios. This track provides a clean, secure, and professional way to mount lighting under angled surfaces while maintaining consistent alignment and appearance.

Installation Instructions:

Measure and Cut: Measure and cut the Canted Track to the appropriate length for your installation.

Position the Track: Hold the track in place against the soffit, ensuring it remains parallel with the ground for an even and uniform lighting appearance.

Secure the Track: Using 1⅞″ to 2″ pan head or lathe screws, fasten the track through the bottom of the track up into the soffit. Space the screws evenly along the length of the track to ensure a secure and stable installation.

Check Alignment: After securing, verify that the track remains straight and parallel to the ground to maintain a consistent lighting angle and appearance.

Applications:
Canted Track is ideal for angled or sloped soffits, downward-facing installations, and custom lighting applications where standard track cannot be mounted flush. It provides a stable, aesthetically clean solution for achieving precise lighting alignment under sloped eaves.

Alternative Option:
A great alternative to Canted Track is the J-Clip combined with Standard Track, which offers a more adaptable and cost-effective solution. The J-Clip system allows for easier adjustments and installation flexibility across a wider variety of soffit and fascia styles while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

MADHAVE TRACK

The Madhave Track (often referred to as MV Track) is a specialized mounting solution designed for custom lighting installations, particularly in situations where a standard horizontal mount is not feasible. It’s ideal for installations beneath a drip edge or parapet cap, and other angled or non‑traditional mounting scenarios.

Key Features & Applications:

Designed to mount under the drip edge or parapet cap, enabling lighting to face downward or outward even when traditional overhangs are absent.

Suitable for unique or custom architectural elements where standard track systems may not fit or align properly.

Provides a clean, professional look in applications where the surface transitions or faces are non‑standard, such as angled fascia, parapet walls, or soffits with minimal overhang.

Typical Installation Overview:

Measure & Cut: Measure the exact length required to span the mounting area beneath the drip edge, parapet cap, or other surface. Cut the track to length accordingly.

Position the Track: Slip or seat the top edge of the Madhave Track under the drip edge or parapet cap lip, ensuring proper alignment and that the lighting channel will face the intended area.

Secure the Track: Fasten the track to the structure using appropriate screws or fasteners (typically through the backside or mounting flange) to ensure stability and alignment.

Final Adjustments: Ensure that the track is level (or aligned to the required angle) and securely fixed. Verify that lighting fixtures will align and function correctly with the installed track.

Why Use Madhave Track?

Enables lighting installations in areas where traditional overhangs or mounting surfaces are limited or non‑existent.

Offers flexibility for custom architectural features, such as parapet caps or minimal eaves.

Maintains a professional, seamless appearance in less‑conventional mounting scenarios.
