Current Training Options
#1 – Watch the videos and read the training materials
Self-paced online training using available videos and documentation
#2 – Visit SLC to train with your dealer rep
At SLC, the training covers more in-depth topics:
- Bidding, sales, and installation processes
- Hands-on installation with a training installer
- Hands-on controller, track, and light training
Note: The style of homes in SLC may not match the styles of homes in your area. For some this is significant, for others it is not.
#3 – Hire an installer to work with you in your location (Only Available January – August)
This option allows for on-site, location-specific training:
- Training on a demo home
- Train multiple people at once
- Training on a home design unique to your area
- Installer may not cover every variety of metal cutting or controller wiring unless specifically requested or time allows
- Installer is not trained on bidding or selling; this is not included
- Travel costs, hotel, per diem, and labor costs are the responsibility of the dealer
- Arrangements are made by Jellyfish Lighting and billed before travel occurs
