Basic Website Template

Establish your business with a website. JellyFish is now offering website-building services for JellyFish dealers who do not yet have a website or would like to replace their existing site.

Websites will be built in Squarespace by our marketing team and transferred to the dealer once built and approved by the dealer. Instructions for creating a Squarespace account and transferring ownership can be found here.

This is a pre-built template on Squarespace. The site will include the following pages:

• Homepage
• Solutions
  • Residential
  • Commercial
• Gallery
• About Us
• Contact

The dealer will be responsible for writing website copy and editing the site.

Squarespace Instructions

Step 1: Create Your Squarespace Account

1.    Go to www.squarespace.com.
2.    Click “Get Started” (sometimes it says “Create a Site”).
3.    When it asks you to sign up, choose one of these options:

a.    Use your email address and make up a password you’ll remember.
b.    Or sign up with your Google account

That’s it! You now have a Squarespace account.

Step 2: Accept the Website Invite from JellyFish

1.    JellyFish will send you an email invite from Squarespace.
2.    Open the email and click the “Accept Invite” button.
3.    Log in to Squarespace using the account you just made.
4.    You will now see your new website in your Squarespace dashboard.

Step 3: Becoming the Website Owner

1.    After you’ve accepted the invite, JellyFish will send you another notice that they are transferring ownership of the site to you.
2.    You’ll get an email from Squarespace asking you to confirm the transfer.
3.    Open the email and click “Accept Transfer.”
4.    Log in again and you’ll now be the official owner of your website.

Step 4: Set Up Your Billing

1.    Go to your Squarespace dashboard.
2.    Click Settings → Billing → Payment Information.
3.    Enter your credit card details so you can keep the site active.
4.    Squarespace will bill you directly for your plan each month or year (you choose).

Step 5: If You’re Getting a Domain (Website Address)

If JellyFish is also giving you a domain (like YourBusinessName.com):

1.    You’ll get another email from Squarespace about a domain transfer.
2.    Click Accept and follow the short instructions.
3.    Once done, the domain will be under your account and connected to your site.

✅ You’re all set! You now own your JellyFish website and can update it anytime. If you need help editing, changing text, or adding photos, JellyFish can provide guidance or point you to Squarespace’s help articles.
