Managed Google + Meta Ads

We are now combining our Google Ads with Meta ads to yield the greatest performance. The campaign is 1 month long for $1500 to be spend on google ads (strategy listed below), and $1500 to be spent on Meta ads.

Over the last few years, Google Ads has become more important for JellyFish Lighting Corporate as there is a different user base than Meta and an opportunity to harvest demand from search ads. Our Strategy is:


Top/Mid of Funnel - Youtube Ads (Demand Gen) - We target people age 40-60 in high-income areas near your location, we may add on a lookalike audience depending on the size of your metro. 

High Intent - Search Ads - Anyone who is searching for:

  • JellyFish Lighting - and similar phrases “Jelly Lights”, “JellyFish Lighting in (metro)”, “JellyFish Lighting Cost”

  • Permanent Christmas Lights - and similar phrases “permanent lights on house”, “Built in Christmas lights”


Bottom of Funnel - Demand gen (mainly youtube ads) - anyone that goes to the jellyfish lighting site, interacts with an ad, or views a video we can run retargeting ads to. This is where we see the highest return, but we need to get people into the audience first. 


Our theory is that in the offseason search will be $5-$10 a day, remarketing will be $5-$10 a day, and the remainder will be YouTube ads. In the on season we are planning on $10-$20 a day for search, $5-$10 for remarketing and the remainder on YouTube Ads.
